In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 days from receipt to notify us of a return for a change of mind.

• Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging and in a 100% resalable condition.

• Installed or Modified Items: For safety and insurance reasons, once a light fitting has been installed, wired, or modified by an electrician, it is considered accepted and is no longer eligible for return unless a genuine manufacturing fault is proven.

• Return Logistics: The cost and risk of returning non-faulty goods are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked, fully insured courier service.

• Bespoke and Custom Orders: In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, items that are made-to-order, customized to your specific requirements (such as bespoke chain lengths, custom metal finishes, or non-standard glass colors), or clearly personalized are exempt from our standard 14-day change-of-mind return policy. Once production of a bespoke order has commenced, it cannot be cancelled or returned for a refund unless a manufacturing fault is proven.

Transit Damage

Given the fragile and premium nature of our lighting, we require all customers to inspect their items within 48 hours of delivery.

• Any transit damage or breakages must be reported within this window with photographic evidence of the item and its packaging.

• Reporting promptly allows us to resolve the issue with our specialist couriers and arrange a priority replacement for you. Claims for physical transit damage made outside of this window may be declined, as it becomes difficult to determine if the damage occurred during transit or while on-site.
