Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy the products listed in your order. All orders are subject to our acceptance, which we may withhold or refuse at our discretion. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply, and we may also impose additional restrictions on the sale of our products.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies in pricing information at any time. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including if payment cannot be processed. Any cancelled orders will be refunded.
Shipping and Delivery
We offer free shipping on all orders to the United Kingdom. Whilst we do our best to ensure that your goods are delivered within the specified timeframe, we cannot be held liable for any delays that are outside of our control.
In the unlikely event that an order incurs any additional customs duties upon its arrival in the UK, these are to be paid immediately by the customer.
If your order is not retrieved from the local courier service within the stipulated period, or if the customs duties remain unpaid, resulting in the destruction of your items by the local courier or customs office, our company cannot be held responsible. Under such circumstances, we regret to inform you that we are unable to offer a refund for the affected items.

Warranty Disclaimer
We offer a 12 month warranty on all of our light fittings. Please note that consumables, which includes lightbulbs and LEDs, are excluded from this warranty.
